Guide flavor balance against guide crispness
The eight profiles placed on two editorial guide axes, so nearby profiles are visible at a glance. Horizontal position is the guide's sweetness rating minus its tartness rating. Vertical position is the guide's crispness rating. Both are relative positions among these eight, used for browsing. Select a marker or a table row to open that profile and its cited evidence.

Vertical axis: Editorial crispness (1-5) Editorial guide crispness, from 1 (soft) at the bottom to 5 (crisp) at the top.
